About Drake Co., Ltd.
One company. Four doors. Since 2002.
Drake Co., Ltd. has engineered for land and sea from Trang, Thailand, since 2002. Today it trades through four specialist front doors — Drake Marine, Drake SVO, Drake Off-Grid and Drake Commercial & Industrial — with one team, one warehouse and one accounts office behind all of them.
The story
Two industries that punish poor engineering.
The marine side is well documented. Through Drake Marine we have delivered electrification, electrical systems, hydraulics and boat building for yacht builders, refit yards and owners around the world, and today we stock and ship more than 900 marine products from Trang.
The vehicle side was always quieter — not smaller in ambition, but discreet by nature: electrical and protection work for specialist vehicle builders whose projects were never meant for a brochure. That work now has its own door, Drake SVO, open to converters, fleets, overland builders and enthusiasts, with a particular passion for Land Rovers, where our automotive story began.
The same batteries, chargers, inverters and solar equipment that keep a boat or a vehicle running keep an island home, a farm or a mobile business running too. That is Drake Off-Grid. And when the customer is a yard, a fleet, a construction site or a defence programme, it is Drake Commercial & Industrial — quoted per project rather than sold from a shelf.
How we work
Precision
Systems designed properly, documented, and built to be understood by the next engineer who opens the panel.
Honesty
We tell you what a bank can carry and which unit actually fits — before you buy. Prices are shown against the manufacturer’s home-market RRP so you can see what you are paying.
Presence
Stock on the shelf in Trang, support from Trang. Warranty and spares are a courier run away, not a container.
Discretion
Much of our vehicle and defence work is confidential. We do not publish client names, and we do not need to.
